Wallington/Rotation week query

Just a quick one,is the above allocated to the duty or to the individual?
Been told if I sign for a different round that it's day off and not rotational week off,sure I heard that it's allocated to the individual though.

Can anyone clear this up for me please?

its usually the duty that its assigned to, but there is no hard fast rule

if you changed to another duty, it would mean your week off cover having to learning another round(your new one) and the floater on the rotating duty having to learning your old one
