SA and annual leave
SA during annual leave ...... is it allowed or not ?

Doing it - why if they are paying you for it already - unless they are getting double bubble.
IIRC its against the Way Forward agreement to do overtime whilst on holiday, but whether this applies to SA I am not sure. However, if it affects statutory leave (as in you can't be on leave and working at the same time) then there may be legal questions for the managers to answer.
In effect its complicated.
