Here , we have 6 linos , after 18 months they've decided to swap our section manager for a different one , all from the same office , sharing their 4 hour teabreak together every day.
The thing is , this new guy doesn't know any of the duties, how big they are, where everyone delivers to etc. he also doesn't have any data on our duties like hazards etc. so we have to rewrite everything again.
So why don't these so-called managers talk to each other, where have all our hazard logs gone because the floaters are going round blind to where any dogs are.
So much for wcm , I wish Moya would come on a surprise visit and kick them all silly.

Hazards should be logged on wrap

Should be on a Pc at your unit
Also the duties should be on the 318
Point out to your lino that its only a matter of time before an accident

318's are non existent , we continually ask for them but are fobbed off, basically they are not doing their job properly.

The point was he wanted new books for library and they said no - so he kept writing letters every day for years until eventually they gave him the books for the library

It means ask every day and keep asking till you get them
