Do you come in before your start time?

Post by POSTMAN »

It happens every where,so why does it get done,i presume this goes with the 'Cars on delivery' poll as well.
There's no doubt that it's killing the job,we're giving them so much time.

Just think of what situation we would be in now if nobody did.
But i guess you know how it would be ,and so does the business, which always amazes me with what they try to get away with, with us.

I guess we're just suckers for it.

Vote,and your thoughts please.

The only reason I come in early sometimes is that I get a lift in with a mate who works elsewhere - otherwise not a chance Id come in early. :dance

Well at least we won one. If we don't starting winning soon we will miss playing Leeds next season. At present I cant see either Huddersfield or Leeds staying up.

supposed to start at 7 but with our walks i'd never get sorted in time so come in for 6.30,
new starters supposed to start at 8 (due to 25hr contract), but known to come in at 5 cos walks aint prepared for them, cant really win at our place if you work to contract time.

Why should anybody need to come in work before their start time-unless it is to get a quick brew before the long hard day begins.Starting work early effectively means that you like working for no wage,so could some of you early starters please get in touch for I need some slaves to wash my car,cut my lawn, paint my house and mend my fence.Of course I expect this all to be done free of charge,as this is part of your regular working practices.
