It works out at about 13p per share, which isn't too bad in the world of shares and dividends.

All shareholders have a vote at the AGM but an employee shareholding really isn't very influential unless it is organised into a block vote. I haven't heard of any private sector business - in the UK at least - where any group of colleagues have done this effectively. (And if they did would they give shares to staff in the first place ...)

You can't reinvest your dividend directly in more RM shares, but there's nothing stopping you from buying more from a stockbroker once the money is in your bank account.

Not with TNT and our WCM jobs for the boys and girls dragging us down remember we have to carry them on £30,000 to £40,000 a year so no wonder we lapse!
