PHG/OPG grading.

Can anybody tell me if the PHG and OPG grades are of the same ranking OR is the PHG higher than the OPG?

PHG grade no longer exists they are all opgs now, what is in regard to?

No such grade as phg anymore... There are opg who think they are still phgs and then there are opg who recieve the old phg allowance

There is no PHG grade, however some locker staff may be team leaders in receipt of leadership allowance so they have a limited level of authority when a manager is not available.

Didn't no opgs who stay in lockers delivered pizza menus and leaflets so get of ye high horse phily boy you no what I mean :nana

Because the way the Union and Royal Mail wrote the agreement they are entitled. Also its not for delivering pizza leaflets or any other D2Ds.

I get delivery supplement and leadership allowance because I also do a delivery when callers office closes every day :cool

Replaces d2d doesn't it ?? But now its classed as first class mail . so come on why should a old phg get the payment o yes you told me cwu and royal mail qq :d'oh!

Delivery supplement has got nothing to do with D2D. It is for staff who work in the delivery function, which locker staff in a delivery office do.

p.h.g grade...lol.awful title isnt it..ooooo higher grade.most p.h.gs i know were jumped up,better than you postman,that were right up the ass crack of the managers.once the grade went a good majority went poacher turned gamekeeper..like i say NOT ALL but enough,some still cant let the grade go.more money for more responsibility..like i said lol..right up there with coaching and wcm.
