Payment for Election material.

Just returned from nearly a fortnight off,and there were loads of Election items to deliver in Cutoffs.
After doing these for 4 Days, I was then informed by a co-worker on the 4th day, that there was an Additional Financial Payment for some of these items, and that you had to list them on a form.
No one in Management or other co-workers mentioned this to me at any previous time, so...
How do I retrospectively claim this additional money?

( If it has already been claimed, then that claim is totally incorrect, and is false.)

I have recalled and listed all the streets - approx 50 - and would suggest there were approx 500 Items delivered. Probaly more...but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Yes, all non addressed election material has a separate payment.
This also includes the polling cards, but does NOT include postal voting forms.
You should also have received addressed leaflets from the tories, they are included in the separate payment.

Ask your manager for the sheet that needs to be completed so he knows how many you delivered.
The normal procedure is they wait until all the leaflets have been delivered, then they sort out the payments.

Thanks, problem is...it was cutoffs and the Full timers have the sheets.
I didnt see them until 4 days in, after being off for 12 days A/L.
I'll talk to the Manager, as I dont want to loos out.
