Ghosting

Get your walk done ASAP and then do your docket and finish within your hours. It makes sense to get away with it IMO. What other job could you get away with it? Long live job and finish!

Sounds like you need a few hundred delivery points added to your walk. Job and finish went a few years ago

Are you actually working less than your contractual hours before you overtime or coming in early and racing around and then trying to look smug?

If you are not working your contractual hours then more work should be found for you otherwise it is neither here or there; if you finish early because you come in early and/or not take full break or rush around or take short cuts

After our revision, some walks ended up easier than before. So much for that computer plotting the walks. If they can't get it right, then tuffers titties.

As they say, the only thing you make in this job is time, and if you can still make time, go for it :thumbup

To all you "do the job properlies" DO ONE!

Another thief who has milked six figure sums from RM during his career as a ghost. Have a look at this topic http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communit ... 2&p=644779" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; , a new challenge has come to your way of working.

Mind you, if it wasn't for 'inefficiencies' in working practices not effectively ironed out by management I might not have had this opportunity originally for the great job of ours
