full-time status

i have been full-time for over 2 years, can royal mail just put me back to part-time whenever they decide, if anyone has any advice i would like to hear from them.

depends when you picked your full time walk ( I assume you picked it and it was not a repick like a revision) was it advertised as temporary or permanent?

I would imagine if you are paid a full time contract, you are also on a permanent contract so the answer is no unless you ask to be put back.

If you have a permanent full time contract then RM cannot put you back to a p/t contract without your consent unless due to a downturn in workload you have been offered to " Buy Down" ( Hours) within the MTSF and you have agreed to a buy down.
