Why do I need to say this you may well ask I will tell you all they don't take the responsibility only try to put it on you for they have no staff to do the work? And if you cannot complete it is a performance issue or you are taking the piss! Well I have news for them and you all ROYALMAIL are squeezing us all the time has come when we all say NO too this so called agreement that was a sham sold by the top of the CWU I don't see this agreement stopping the abuse of the passed it has waved the white flag rather than stopped bulling and harassment of CWU members! Why was this whole B&H problem was not at the forefront of so called agreement which was endorsed by the CWU HQ and it's Committee and recommended too it's members it is more than a shame it is a damm disgrace that the whole campaign was fought for this yet this problem is still going on to this day!

agree mate I work in an mc thought last deal was good how wrong I was every,ones gettn hammered del, and mc,s will never vote yes again. sometimes I wonder what is the point of paying dues.

And there lies the problem the cwu are now just doing what royal mail tell them to do my rep just agrees with everything they tell him, management now see the cwu as another tool they can use against staff to get what they want! I understood every word and he echoes what most delivery postmen are thinking now.

Be interested to see if the consultant mediators brought in by RM have any impact at all or if it is just a case of 'He Who Plays the Piper ..... ', I suspect the latter as only a few months ago Moya refused to acknowledge that a B&H issue existed.

I think we all need to be taught about TRAFFIC FIGURES - what they mean, what a certain office's is , they must be COMMUNICATED to all staff daily . Too much secrecy is going on.
