If yes to any of the above
Who witnessed and what evidence do they have
If one witness ...its hearsay

We had a bloke at our office who was quite a chatty chap.

The problem was, when he went on IPS he talked and talked and talked. Whilst talking, quite often, he would stop sorting to turn round to talk to somebody. It really did hack people off and once he was moved to sort packets so as not to annoy others.

Could he be coded for talking, then I would say probably.
If you do a job too well, you’ll get stuck with it.

I agree when someone goes off his frame to chat then he should be told off , but chatting while working should be allowed. But then how come managers have a full day of drinking and chatting among themselves but NEVER COMMUNICATE anything to us . :evil/mad
