Been wi royal mail now over ten years even though we all take crap let's keep working hard to outweigh these other couriers lads ,! Wat a load of crap Hermes yodel are. Been seeing these lads leaving packets on front door steps clowns

Best advice I've seen on here for a while, incredible doorsteppers (and I mean on the doorstep) these guys, a lot must go missing. We need to deliver to neighbours more though, yes you get the odd idiot, but if you know the round you know the people, use them don't P739.

And what if you need to finish on time? Bring in more post people, decent managers and improve the service, not cut it. And changing starting times to an earlier time to actually get ppl in . Are we not a parcel company now . Notice left after notice left esp tracked takes all you're time up on street .

This should be an urgent upgrade - please give us tracked items with peelable stickers - it takes ages to input a code by hand while slipping themtracked takes all you're time up on street
Also while i'm mad , ain't it about time specials were treated like tracked and delivered next day up to FINISH time not 1pm?

Your bang on with the special delivery. Its crazy that they have stuck to 1pm when most guys are not finishing to nearer 2pm.

Special delivery 1pm and 9am are premium services, if they don't need them before 1pm or 9 am they will get tracked!
