Yes - back pay for SA from the new agreement.

so the arrears are from last year is that right what happens to this years we usually get it in may and august will this still happen or is it now paid when we are on holiday

Yes they are now paid when you are on holiday - no extra payments in May and August.

What happens if you were off last week and done SA before u went off , will that be given on ur next holiday ?

if you are due to sa when on leave for a week you will be paid said sa for that week.

people in our office and myself have taken leave 2 weeks ago but have not received our s.a holiday pay for these weeks,i,m sure i,ve read on the notice board that our s.a payment will still be payed in may and august.

One guy in my DO got nearly £300, i do much the same SA and got £30, hopefully his is right and ill get the rest next week.
