hi new duties that have been advertised at our office are now only 1 in 6 Saturdays off with being able to be flexible for up to an hour at back end off week, is this right, our cwu rep says it is but its not what the local agreement was when p + l came in anyone come across this thamks

flexible up to an hour? so basically they want you working over wed,thu,fri for an hour when its busy. s**t duty

YE BUT THE FLEXIBLE AGREEMENT WAS JUST FOR HALF HOUR CAN THEY DO THIS

Is this long and shorts? If so it's normal practice in many offices... if not when are are you claiming the hour back?
