Rotational day off on rehab

If I am off my normal duty whilst on light duties /rehab, can my rotational day off be changed ?
DOM says she will decide what my day off is at the end of each week as I am not on my duty. This will cause chaos for my childcare arrangements.
Can they do this?

When I was on a Rehab I used the idea of having a flexible day off to my advantage... basically got them when I wanted them... however, as with any other member of staff I was given notice... your day off should be agreed at resourcing meeting... but I don't know where you stand with maintaining your regular day off while on Rehab... your family commitments should be taken into consideration though...

Get Rep involved. If DOM won't see sense, go back to OH Health explaining your reasons. Agree only to a Rehab Plan that falls in line with your normal duty rotation. Make sure OH Health pass this onto DOM.
