as I work 5 days a week 28 hours but only work 1 day on a IPM (12 hours)

And overtime doesn't count. It is only shifts you are contracted for.

Thats not what we do in our MPU, we sometimes need delivery OPG to do CSS work after the CSS staff have finished, so these OPG get TPM on a ad-hoc basis, whether they do 5 mins or 2 hours.

Thanks for the reply I just wanted to know because people who do 12 hours shift one day contract get £7.20 for the 12 hours and I get £3.46 for the same 12 hours (1day) but the other four day I work on manual duty so I wanted to know If I am getting paid the right amount of TPM
