To see democracy in action was a pleasure to behold, putting names to faces was great, they are no longer faceless National Executive members.
The reps gave the Executive a run for their money on policy making, providing counter arguments and keeping them on their toes, a pity I could not watch the Postal Industry Conference on line though.
Let's hope this is the future of a modern trade Union, well done to the Communications Officer Kevin Slocombe.
