£25 yearly payment for drop points

Hi, does anyone know if these payments are still made? I ask because I have a drop box in my front garden which no one enters apart from the posties i.e. The small wood chip covered garden is never used. It's now got to the stage that the wood chip and liner have disintegrated on the path to the box and I'm going to have to fork out to pay for it to be relayed. £25 over 4 years could have kept on top of it but I've had nothing. Btw we've had our revision 3 yeas ago and the walk which covers my house is the only one in the office which still requires drop points. Ask the manager and get the usual fob off answers while he's walking away!

Not desperate, it didn't get removed after the review cause the bloke on this round can't easily get in and out of vans so the duty stayed the same as it was. I know just so you can sleep better I'll get rid of the box and tell him to use a HCT, after all he's only been with RM for 30 odd years, why should I accommodate him... Sweet dreams eh! Pr**k

As far as I know yes they are - we are still not yet P&L so 75% of our duties are singleton pouch ones. I Still use my safe drops and none have complained about not getting money yet.

The f***ers are very lax in paying sadly. Peeps across the road from me have a box they had to fight tooth and nail to get paid for and even then they never got all the payments they were missing. personally it would have disappeared for scrap it it had been me in their position.

I would be tempted to write to customer services (as a customer, not an employee), and point out that you haven't been paid for the service that you've been providing. When they eventually settle your claim i would repair the path, and then inform them that the service you provide is now being withdrawn.
At £25 per year is it really worth all the hassle ?
