Consequences for bumping a RM van

Not me but my friend at work on Saturday came back and she reversed into a wall. The back end offside part of the van has a massive dent in it,deffo panel replacment job. The vans are a year old snd she was told that she wont be going home for a while due to the large amount of paperwork that needed to be filled in. Shes only been here about 6 months and I cant get hold of her to see what will happen. Taken off driving? Retraining or just a telling off?

Theres another thread on here about "if your face fits". There are people in our office conducted for a mis-delivery but management favourites who can do multiple mis-deliveries at the same address and nothing. The above is nothing but bullying.

As the above says , depends on who you are' some people are taken off of driving', others who are favourites, are just told to be more careful.

Anyway, so many dents, dings, scratches and missing body parts on the vans in my office and virtually none get reported but even those that are don't get taken off driving, of course we are short of drivers so that could be the reason.

same in my office,they all look a mess! and forever breaking down,white hire vans every week,as I have said before they do take a pounding,week in week out,they just don't get replaced and run into the ground,not sure what the criteria is for replacements? some do some don't,workshops run off there feet patching them up,far removed from the picture the courier likes to paint,new vans etc etc,,,,,.... them and us again..we just put up with it
