royal mail bonus for non sick?

just wondered there are articles about incentives for staff who dont take sick days.
our office is small and since starting me and several other members of staff have not had a sick day... more the fact we are under that much pressure that if we did... it would be upto our colleagues to carry the extra work... as there is nothing in place to help cover sickness...

so is there or is there not an incentive... and how would we know?

No there is no current incentive.

But there was in the past and it was plastered all over the press and in the Courier.
