Angard staff & election payments

Hi all, i have 4 agency staff asking me about election payments. They have been told to claim OT by management and not claim per item??
This does not seem fair as most are on van shares and their partner is going to be trying not to have any OT as he can't claim for it!!
Why are we not all treated equal?

Is the partner going to be claiming the polling card allowance fir the 2 duties? If so sureley he should split it with the agency worker

but does anyone know what the official line is, do agency lads get paid per item or not in other offices?

You'll probably need guidance from HQ on this for Angard Casuals - but certainly if they are AWR qualified (12 weeks) they they should be receiving the same payments and allowances as Permanent staff do.
