Not having received a reply to your 1st stage individual grievance should have followed up with a 2nd stage grievance which incorporates the ER team at Sheffield who would have appointed a higher authority to listen to your grievance.

Where do I get the form and who do I send it to? (I'm sure my rep would tell me but don't want to contact him while he is on A/L)

If it's a stage 2 you need to send one copy to Sheffield and one to your 'second line manager'... who is that you may ask... good question... sent mine to DSM support...

Thanks for all your help - some people are saying I should have gone down the bullying and harassment route (done it before 5 years ago and it was a farce!).

Seeing as my grievance is being ignored should I fill in the B&H form as well? I know Management are bullying me but is the system any better/fairer now and is there any point now I have already started the Grievance procedure?

You can the form from HR Sheffield but someone must be standing in for your union rep while on a/l. The form on completion is returned to the Employee relations Team at Pond Street, Sheffield giving details for your grievance. they will then appoint the next level of authority to hear your case and will notify you accordingly. Would suggest if you are intending to put your case through a grievance procedure then I would not have a B&H procedure running concurrently as this will confuse the issue.
