Special Leave

Hi Guys' is there a download for special leave on here or can anyone help? My partners Mrs has to go in for a major operation in September he has a little Girl who has special needs where she needs looking after 24/7 can he get special leave or time out without pay? He is not on the internet I said I would ask on here. Thanks in advance will print out the info for him...

Unpaid leave shouldn't be a problem given the family friendly nature of the business...

Taking annual leave is an option but not ideal imo...

If finances are an issue the Rowntree Fund may be able to assist...

If management refuse paid leave then he would be entitled to take parental leave which is unpaid.

Advise that he contacts hr to get more accurate and detailed information.
