Hi, i do a 4 day week on full time 39 hours a week, how should my leave card read ? I have done over 20 years so am entitled to 6 weeks leave, should this show as 24 days leave per year or otherwise ?

PSP should work on hours which for a 6 week FT is 234 hours.

Worked out into days based on a 4 day week and 39 hours works out at roughly 24 days.

Leave form still shows holidays based on 5 day week,eg 30 days per year, but when i take weeks leave they take 5 days off,bit concerned if i want odd days, how would they work that out ?

You'd need to ask the book room/manager how they apply it - but if they are taking 5 days at 39 hours it should be fine - if they are taking 5 days at your normal daily hours then it needs to be looked into. The same applies for single days.

My guess is they have jury rigged the system so that you get the same hours that you are entitled to, but they haven't yet updated the PSP/own recording and selection system to match each other.
