If it was going to be any good, they would be shouting it from the rooftops. Whatever they cobble together to placate the workforce now will just be as worthless as the legendary Colleague Shares. Expect nothing and you won't be disappointed. I would consider still being employed in 3 years time so I can cash my shares in to be a "Bonus"

they could give you 2 pound a month and theres nothing you could do without union backing in fact theres nothing you can do without union backing

I doubt anyone will actually want it. No doubt it will be office savings based again, which means most people won't get anything because sick leave, light duties etc affect the budget far more than a bit of extra collapsing does.
