Do TNT redirect?
Do TNT offer a redirection service in the areas they deliver to? Just wondering!

It's incredible to think about,Someone has a redirection in place with us but, If TNT deliver to that house as well the mail gets delivered as normal!
TNT only deliver business mail i.e bank statements & utility bills so it's even more important for the customer to have that mail redirected!!

So I found this out today, TNT do not redirect??? (I had setup a royal mail redirection thinking I was covered... but the TNT mails just go to my old address)
what kind of a joke is this that they don't even offer the service!
anyone I can complain to ?? (aside from venting on here)

Slightly tounge in cheek but you never know if ofcom get too many complaints they may force this as a licence condition.
