Nothing has changed

After a vote for no strike action last year we were assured things would change with regards to bullying, workload, etc

Nothing has changed though, jobs are still too big, part timers jobs are not being thrown off, overtime claims are looked at with suspicion and those who claim/cut off become targets for line managers. Often this is being watched while you sort or throw off and any small mistake held against you. Anyone seen to be a problem is also 'observed' on delivery and warned for not carrying their 'dog peg'.

Same with breaks, anyone who dares stop for a break instead of going straight out the door is questioned,maybe in a joking sort of way but it's still a form of intimidation.

Absorption is expected every day, and they can't even be bothered to put it in loops, it's always a long dead walk down one side of a road. If you say you haven't got time you get "I need you to do it" or "there will be consequences".

I am getting pretty tired of the environment in the office and attitude of the management. Not sure how much longer I will put up with it. Anyone else feel the same?

to right walks 6+ hours outdoor , been tested indoors no probs , wont come and test the outdoor side but still want you to lapse , told rep and he hasn't even got back . wheres big dave and his cronies to bleep a fair days for a fair days pay . b+h etc.

All my posts on here are basically the same...but here goes again! Went into my DO today at my proper start time.. approx. 70% of frames had mail already in. yes they are coming in before their time. 15MIN TO 30 MINS.. D2DS GETTIN DONE IN their own time...not taking their breaks...running round walks..DONT BLAME MANAGERS..DONT EVEN BLAME OUR SPINLESS USELESS "UNION" .......BLAME YOUR CO WORKERS FOR COMPLETELY FUC...ING THE JOB UP! IVE FOUND OUT THAT YOUR BASICALLY ON YA OWN IN THIS JOB..
BUT AS USUAL I WILL WORK MY HOURS GO AT A STEADY PACE AND EITHER CUT OFF OR LEAVE A LOOP OR TWO REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY THINK!!
