That then puts us back on track, lets see if I am right/wrong

maybe that's why its taking so long they have to work out each individuals sched based on the last year sa that you have done.

Folk from my office are in contact with the Human Resourcing department weekly, they keep telling folk that they haven't heard anything about our "scheduled attendance back money" and there's no agreement as to when this years payment will be made. There a bunch of amateurs, I wouldn't waste a phone call on them.

There was a letter to branches last week saying that our union are still in negotation with royal mail over the new sa agreement regarding holiday payments and the back pay,could be a while
