Cant find the info im after.

postman works 39 hours per week but gets paid for 40 hours. im guessing the pay rate of £394.76 per week is based on 40 hours?? Which would mean £9.869.

A postman employed for less contractual hours (but employed for more than 2 years) i.e 32 hours per week would have an hourly rate of £10.12??

The difference between the two rates is to make the delivery office supplement pro rata to the full amount once you hit 39 hours
