END of job and finish?

In our DO today we were told to stop throwing into walk frames at 8:30, to leave unpreped mail under the frame and told to tie up and go out. This we did despite the fact that some had no flats or packets in their frames! On gettin back there were guys there who had been told they couldn't go home but had to work till the end of their hours cause the job hadn't been finished - the mail under the frames. Everyone was well pissed off and worked till 1:30 or 1:45 dependin on how much break they had taken.

quite simple really...... come back bang on time!!!! i left 20+ walksorted bundles in today mostly dsa + a few m3! your dsa 13p a letter has got what it deserves....... treated like m3 shite!!!!

I started at 7 and finished at 3 today, still a full bag of mail in a drop box that the manager was informed wouldn't be done, cut off at 2.35 to head back to the office and walked out bang on 3, job and no where near finished

We just delivered mail that the strike breakers had missorted over the last 4 days and it was heaving, i expect tomorrow to be quite busy, more backlog in a small office

SPOT ON DONGASH . . . how many times do we have to say it . . . . do the job by the book and they can't touch you. . . . no more getting stressed, stroppy and shat on, just do the job and then go home . . . simple

Same in our office. We were also told no overtime for pressure work. Just take what you can deliver and leave the rest.

Do the job right. To hell with job and finish that has what has got us here. It wa a con to get another pay deal thru, they have used it to see where cuts can be made and screw us all. Just wait to get this flexi thing thru the carrot will be Monday to Friday working.

DO NOT do anything bad or say anything bad just do your job and get out of that office then they cant do alot or say alot to you!!!

Maybe they might come in on time and take their break now and not run around like a lunatic.
