Funny how dog attacks are now called near misses, because the Lino or DOM don't want to fill in the online forms which take too long.

also its the employee who decides whether it goes in or not, not the manager

A near miss should also go on to the WRAP. If its considered a high risk the manager should send the customer a letter.
