Redundant managers
Redundant managers shoul join TNT and AMAZON because they know RM inside out. Do you think if these two big companies would have em ??

Ex RM managers would have plenty of experience.

We have lino's at our DO that have been so since before I joined 6 years ago. We are now going through a resign and have noticed that there are now " lino's" that are now OPgs and are taking their pick in the resign in seniority order.
