we have posties doing packets when they should be taking their break this is far worse than a postie taking a break on a fitting

we have posties working for free ,extend for free as they are scared to claim ot.take breaks at frames ,take breaks in vans dont take breaks at all even after 10 hrs,dont return to do , to finish early job and finish still rife in west scotland.some even dump pda packets etc 739s with other posties while they fcuk off home.
and if you do the job props you are victimized quoting he can do this and that in such a time
people go off sorting box own roads while other continue sorting they even have cheek to empty boxes in front of sorters

I cut off today, got the driver to take me back to the DO and he had to go back out and finish on docket. This was agreed after we bagged up with our lino because there is 2 part-timers (us) covering a job that usually has an early-starter PT and a FT postie on. Same likely tomorrow too. If we'd got out at 9:20 like the early starters and jobs where the FT throws his frame off instead of sorting, we'd have completed.

They do f**k all that's what they do royal mail rewards people who don't do the job the way royal mail states the job should be done. A weak weak union! wee should have had done something before wee got sold off to help a few rich people out!
