Can someone give me an answer please
1. If your rest day falls on a bank holiday do you get a day back?
2. If you are on annual leave on a bank holiday do you get the day back?

Is it possible to take a days pay instead of a day in lieu like what happened over the xmas period?

No. If you are booked off for a week, then you are booked off for 5 days of the 7, so they wouldn't owe you the 'rest day' as it is included in the 7 day period.FinishOnTime wrote: What if your day off falls on Good Friday AND you're on annual leave. Should you get 2 days back?
