here we go.saw the dom this morning with a camera in his hand,me being me asked"whats that for" ? he said he now has to photograph the sighning on sheets in the morning and the cleared ips frames everyday???? and send them to his boss.fantastic worthwhile exercise no doubt.all these worthwhile jobs suddenly becoming to notice.am sure they will keep him on to get that done every day?? I laughed and shook my head,and said I hope your going to take pics of the mail left collected on Saturday that the rurals collect that misses the 12 pm lorry? no comment and walked off.

Been doing that in our office for months, also taking photos of packet frame with all the empty bags taken off, but the best one is managers taking photos of other managers talking to posties to show that there is communication between the two groups.

What! Why doesn't he just photocopy the signing in sheets and send them in to his boss.. or does he want "instant" proof!? They're taking the P!55 now aren't they?

This is a joke surely, whats stopping managers from putting all remaining items in a different place and taking a photo of an empty ips frame and then putting them back after? This is a new kind of pathetic from RM

...Or tell the staff on a horrendous day that all mail has to go out cos management are coming, but to just bring back whatever is left later.

The area manager saw a clear office, one walk alone brought back 8 bags later on.

I bet they crapped themselves at Christmas then.. it was total chaos in our office. Yorks of packets everywhere, and management decided to pay a "visit". About 15 yorks loaded onto a lorry and then sent out for a ride for the day. And all because of a lack of staff to deliver them and not enough hours available either, this included managers going out on deliveries too!
