Management have made it impossible for me to come to work!

Two years ago I fought to get reasonable adjustments on delivery and won. DOM would have preferred me to take IHR! However, I have had no time off for Osteoarthritis since so obviously was a good result.

Recently and two weeks before revision came in I realised the Planning team had not been told and had already absorbed my delivery. So planning team suggested delivery they thought might be suitable - went a drive around delivery and asked to try it out to make sure it was okay

On last Saturday afternoon (revision due to start on Monday) I was telephoned at home to be told I couldn't even try the new delivery - I was to do indoor work from now on.

My ATOS report states that staying mobile is the best for me and indoor work causes even more problems.
So they have effectively made it impossible for me to work - tried to get DOM to let me take some holidays whilst they get it sorted out but he refused - 'work indoors is your only option'!

Forced to go off sick. Now what am I supposed to do? I have a good rep but with revision etc he has a lot on his plate at the moment its been a week and he hasn't managed to sit down with me yet. I somehow always knew they'd get me in the end!

With your reps consent speak to your Cwu area rep or Equality Officers I think they deal with Equality issues. Must emphasis keeping the local rep in the loop, so he does not think you have gone behind his back.
