Ive just been invited to wedding on a saturday end of april, all my holiday is booked, its a close relative so i dont want to miss it, whats the best way to go about this?

ask the members of staff in your office who have that day as their day off for a swap, or ask the DOM if theres any chance of a swap for that week

Everyone is allowed to be sick once in a while I would be sick if I missed my sisters wedding would not you or are you sick of doing OPGs jobs as you have to walk once in a while!

Depends how much you value your job to risk it. Personally I would impress upon the dom how important it is and/or slip another member staff little bonus for covering your duty.

Do they allow cash covers in your office? If so see if you can pay someone to do your delivery on the Saturday. Could be the easiest option but also the most expensive one! :hmmmm
