does anyone on here know how i would apply for other roles within the company? i know i will probably get some stick for saying this but how do you go about becoming management/dim/dom ? i know i havent been with the company long but i need more. Thanks in advance for any replys.

Were you aware of the apprenticeship scheme running recently? It was advertised on payslips, looking for managers/mechanics/engineers. Closed yesterday though.

im already with the company chelseablue. yea theres a few things that are not great about the job, but there is worse out there.

You are probably highly unlikely to get any meaningful advice here.

Due to a combination of bad experience and/or general mistrust of the system most people here have an extremely high level of cynicism.

It may be worthwhile contacting HR and inquiring about career development opportunities.
