Final £200 from revision
From the revision we are owed £200 which allegedly has to be paid for the end of March. Apparently tomoro we r gonna be told that we are not getting the final £200 because are particular postcode from the unit is not hitting savings targets, just so happens that the guys in our division use the equipment, and the guys in the other divisions don't who are going to receive the final £200.... Is this right??? Or is this discrimination???

Your rep should really be taking this on board. Get him / her to file a disagreement. It does not sound fair.

Apparantly they are claiming that we are seperate divisions when it comes to payments like this but any other time we are all one unit.....

i asked our onion rep a couple of months ago, he said because our office hasn't yet done the revision, been on p&l 3 years now!
he also didn't know what else was needed to trigger the payment and neither does the manager.

The Delivery Methods revision project is almost completed with only a few offices left to complete. The money for the project winds down next year so they are under pressure to pay as much of the outstanding revision payments by the end of the 2013-14 financial year as possible. Mind you if it hasn't been signed of by now ...
