found out today that some people in our office are doing 2 weeks D2D'S in one week.
So every other week they get none.
DOM knows they are doing it but turns a blind eye to it

If the DOM is aware and is turning a blind eye then he/she is leaving themself open to disciplinary action.
D2D’s are contracted to be delivered during a specified week, anything else could result in RM facing full refunds and possible compensation charges.

On a personal level, would I prefer to deliver 0 D2Ds one week and 14 the next or deliver 7 each week? Well, I’d go with the 7 each week, thanks.

How do they get 2 week worth of D2Ds? My office gets each week delivered on a Thursday/Friday for the next week.

Even though the time has been built into each duty for the prep of 1/6th per day, we still get people throwing all their D2D's into their frames on a Monday. Thereby saving approx. 15 mins prep time every day of the following week. The staff refuse to realise that this 15 minutes each day basically gives RM an extra 15 minutes work from them, an hour a week on average.

Yes, they are a pain in the a***, but they help keep people on f/t hours. Sometimes we are our own worst enemies.

They will probably be fired when found out and also the same with the DOM. Door2doors are date specific items and Royal mail do not allow two similar businesses to advertise on the same week. I.e you wont have two pizza leaflets in the same week. People need to stop taking unnecessary risks, just come in on time do the job as its meant to be done and go home on time.
