Box collections
Just wondering do all boxes have to have A relief collection. Towns and rural. Any downloads much appreciated.

Legally (as part of USO), boxes are only required to be emptied once a day, Mon-Sat.
RM will empty busier boxes earlier in the day to help with processing. Mainly outside PO's and in town/city centres.
Rural boxes will invariably be left until the last collection time.
The company isn't likely to be spending unnecessary money performing collections that are just not needed.
