Manual handling
Was wondering what is the correct method of unloading boxes of mail from yorks. I have twinged my back by loading and unloading boxes 2 at a time. I know how to lift properly from the manual lifting brief we had a while ago, but there seems to be no direction on how many boxes of mail I can lift safely at a time
