VR being offered

Just heard that VR is to be offered at out office.
Does anyone know what criteria RM use when selecting people.
ie is it worked out on age or seniority first

But don't count on actually getting VR. Often it's just some sort of Managerial exercise and nothing comes of it.

We have it in out office every year, people apply, and hey presto, more feckin lies, nothing happens as per usual
