A great idea being rolled out in BT with CWU agreement.
How about Royal Mail.
Note that some RM premises have them, but appears hit and miss and not a policy.
Could we move this on and get them installed in all RM Premises.

It's a great idea but we should also be pushing for at least the minimum h&s requirement if first aiders for each shift, there are some locations that don't even have a first aider on duty on every shift

Its tricky when theres only 4 people on nights and none of them want to be a first aider though

But in a delivery office of 20 there should be at least one on duty, where as in your example the hse says there should be at least an appointed person but not necessarily a first aider depending on the work being under taken

The AEDs will only be in MCs or very large DOs because they're just too expensive to put into hundreds of small offices that tend to be empty most of the time.
