Sa holiday back pay

Any ideas on when we are going to get any outstanding money owed?if we owed royal mail would soon be sorted!!!!

Please correct me, the SA holiday payment is outstanding for the period April '13 to end March '14. So would I be right in assuming it will not be paid till after March '14 as it is based on SA performed during this period?

I am informed there is money owed on sa holiday back pay but has to be calculated individuly,didnt know if anyone heard any dates yet

U did make yourself clear Broughts. We are owed 2weeks holiday pay backdated from April '13. However, this only applies to those who qualify for 6weeks leave. In other words, 20 years or more service.

the backpay applies to everyone who does sa not just those with 20 years service. it is now based on your cumulative leave. i.e over 15 years you will be entitled to 5 weeks sa holiday per year.
