Fitness

Post by Darren Bent »

I have been working full time for 9 years and been off work at end of July with head injuries and balance issues, I have done half walk duties for last 6 weeks then this week I am on full duty plus porting duty :arrrghhh and it really killed me this week. Thankfully it is now my floating week off. :nana

How long does it take to get fitness back normally. As I need to get it back so I can work and dance on Friday/Saturday night.

Depends on age, weight etc. I am mid forties and had been released for 5 months and then back out on delivery. Took about 3 weeks for the aches to stop.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........
