Pay question
Was chatting to a colleague and they mentioned that they get an extra amount in there pay on the first pay of the month wich I do not get. He said he didn't used to receive this but got it all back dated for 4 years that hadn't been receiving what is this ? He thinks is around £50 a month

Without seeing his pay chit, or by him telling you the code that the payment comes under no one will have a clue. To be fair its probably some legacy bonus payment like PBS or ICS.
