you will have to stay in your new duty for 1 year unless the this new duty does not attract the same allowances and is less than your original allowances and your original allowances protected under MTSF then RM will then try to accommodate with another duty with allowances that you previously enjoyed and your refusal to accept the offered suitable alternative will mean that you will know be reduced to the new duty with lesser allowances.

i would add that it is unreasonable for them to move you week in week out in order for you to achieve your previous level of earnings
