Does anyone know what ICS and PBS supplements are?

Some in my office get it every month but they don,t know what it is for.

I think the rmpp is something to do with pension

RMPP is Royal Mail pension Plan.

ICS and PBS are old bonus schemes.
I don't think anyone at the time ever understood how they were worked out but 15 years on the money still gets paid out.

I moved to this DO 18 months ago and have worked in deliveries for ten plus years at another DO and wondered whether I was entitled to these supplements.

I would think that I would not be entitled to the supplements due to the fact they are old and no one in my DO knows why they are paid out.
