Question........Can the DOM give people their odd days,before all the full weeks have been allocated?

i've managed to sneak a sat before or monday after a week off to tie in with a flight nearly every year, ours is ok at trying to accommodate us

14 days notice for ad-hoc days!, yeah right, I'm owed 3 days at present as everytime I wanted to book particular dates with plenty of advance warning "the computer says no"!, so have had to carry them over into next years hols. Next years hols I'm going to be owed a further 3, I've already asked for a day in Nov that I need, 9 months in advance, & guess what?!...
